ACTIVITIES OFFERED
Samasthiti – Yoga Safari
Madhya Pradesh, India
“Sama” means equal and “Sthiti” means to stand. The spiritual understanding of Samasthiti is to find your center. Join us in the jungle as we invite you into a cocoon of self-care and nourishment. Along with Mother Nature, we heal our nervous systems, regulate our hormones, connect to the spirit of nature, immerse in essential oils and restorative practices, and create lifelong rituals of self-care. We step into nature through forest walks, jungle safaris, one night of luxury camping, starlit nights, and warm bonfires.
Located in a pristine forest typical of the Satpura Tiger Reserve, the rooms are all built using local and indigenous materials. Animals like the sambhar, cheetal, nilgai, wild boar, barking deer, blackbuck, and leopard, along with abundant birdlife, surround us.
The Body
Healing the central nervous system, cleansing the lungs, nourishing the gut through yoga, kriyas, and pranic healing.
The Mind
Healing through ancient ragas, yoga nidra, and essential oils.
The Spirit
Healing through expanding our energy body so we can communicate with plant spirits. Mystical storytelling evenings transport us to another world.
