SOMA – Tuscany
Tuscany
The Alberelli Farmhouse, near Nibbiaia, is surrounded by nature just 10 minutes from the sea of Livorno along the Etruscan Coast, in Tuscany! The Alberelli Farmhouse, built in a seventeenth-century monastery, is located at the top of a hill, along the Etruscan Coast, in the province of Livorno, in Tuscany. It is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and overlooking the valley to the sea… When we came across this gorgeous Tuscan farm house with its own olive oil production, herb gardens, sprawling hills and glorious italian coast, we knew it would be our next retreat destination.
Every element has a narrative and tells a story, a story by which we can understand our body, mind & spirit. The language of nature speaks of the EARTH in our bones, WATER in our blood, FIRE for digestion, AIR in our lungs, SPACE between each cell of our being. Through this language we understand that we are deeply connected to nature and almost a reflection of her. If we learn to speak this language we find our inner rhythm, attuned with natures flow. Bringing us our own unique sense of balance. This is our intention in Tuscany to bring you this inner alchemy, balance & flow.
